Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We must receive the payment in whole.
Once the order has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form, a customer service representative will get in touch with you if you have selected card on delivery or bank transfer options.
Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.
Cancellation of an Order
Once your order is placed it can be cancelled only if it’s 2 working days prior to the delivery date.
Cancellation of an order will happen when there are no stocks available on the respective product and the Customer Care will inform you in such instances and arrange a refund if the payment is already made.
Your order could be cancelled due to unavailability of an item, wrong product being advertised or wrong price being advertised.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your order details which includes the order confirmation number.
For cash on delivery/ bank transfer/ card on delivery you will be contacted by our customer care to confirm the payment verification.
Method of Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the location provided by you within 3-5 working days & there will be a delivery cost will be added to the total order value.
Delivery of the items will be based on the availability of the item you have ordered and on the delivery location.
Delivery period provided in our site will neither form a condition nor a warranty on the delivery period.
We accept payments via Visa, Master, card at delivery and Bank transfers as payment methods.
VISA and Master Payment options are provided through Global payments.
Is it safe to make online payments?
At the time of payment, you will be directed to the respective payment gateway which is secured with a 128-bit secure socket layer encryption connection of the respective bank.
Once the payment is made you will be re-directed back to www.infiraja.com
If any clarification is required about the safety on the online payment contact relevant credit card customer centre.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring,
1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
2. Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process
3. Verify with the Bank whether your card has sufficient funds to make the necessary payments.
We try our best to show accurate information to our customers when it comes to product Specifications, Prices, Discounts, Images and Availability.
However, all these may change without prior notice.
Return and Exchange Policy
1.Following requirements need to be fulfilled for accepting an item in exchange.
The item needs to be returned within 7 days from the date of sale along with the original bill/invoice to the bambalapitiya branch located at 173, Galle Road, Colombo 04, Sri Lanka.
The item returned must be in its original fully resalable condition, with all the tags & packaging (if any).
The item returned needs to be in its original condition and not used, damaged, or worn.
2. No cash/cheque refunds are made under any circumstance.
3. The selling price of an Item sold based on an online promotion will be based on the promotional price when exchanged.
4. Item has to be exchanged at the point of return. No credit notes will be issued.
5. If the item sold has any technical or product defect you can bring the item to the head office at 173, Galle Road, Colombo 04, Sri Lanka.
Limitations of Liability
So far as permitted by law, we exclude any liability for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the site.
The entire content of this website, including all jewellery designs, photographs, logo, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name Raja Jewellers or Infinity by Raja Jewellers Pvt Ltd is the sole property of Raja Jewellers Private Limited. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
